To provide our real estate CRM services, we collect information across two distinct categories:
- Organization & Account Data: Company name, registered address, GSTIN, administrator names, corporate email addresses, phone numbers, and encrypted account credentials.
- Prospect & Lead Data (Uploaded by Developers): Prospective buyer names, contact numbers, email addresses, project preferences, budget configurations, site visit schedules, and unit allotment notes recorded by your team.
- Operational & Field Telemetry: Field executive duty check-in/out timestamps, kiosk session tags, IP addresses, device identifiers, and platform access logs.
2. Zero Third-Party Lead Monetization (Strict Isolation)
Each developer's workspace is strictly isolated via server-side database scoping (TenantScope), ensuring that your team's leads, pricing notes, and tower booking statuses are never accessible to any other tenant on the platform.
3. How We Use Your Data
Collected information is utilized strictly to deliver and enhance our SaaS services, including:
- Facilitating instant <60s prospect capture and automated duplicate phone/email prevention.
- Powering 1-click WhatsApp brochure delivery and follow-up calling queues.
- Managing live multi-tower 2D unit inventory matrices and allotment locks.
- Processing subscription billing, tax invoicing, and account management.
- Generating manager pipeline conversion funnels and agent performance metrics.
4. Payment Gateway & Financial Security (Razorpay)
All subscription payments, recurring mandates, and transaction fees are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorized Payment Aggregator compliant with global PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards. eStateWa does not store sensitive raw credit card numbers, CVVs, or net banking passwords on our local servers.
5. WhatsApp & Communications Compliance
eStateWa integrates with standard telecommunication and messaging protocols (including WhatsApp Business API and click-to-call triggers). Organizations using eStateWa agree to adhere to applicable telecommunications regulations (TRAI DND guidelines and WhatsApp Commerce Policies) when communicating with prospective property buyers.
6. Data Retention & 1-Click Export Rights
You maintain full ownership of your data. As an active subscriber, you can export your complete leads dossier, follow-up logs, and project inventory at any time using our built-in 1-Click CSV/Excel Export feature. Upon subscription termination or non-renewal, data is securely retained for 30 days to facilitate transition before permanent automated purge.
